Headhunting: This service is targeted at passive jobs seekers, the people you want. The service involves researching and identifying the potential candidate pool, interviewing the candidates and presenting a shortlist, arranging customer interviews, negotiating an offer and ensuring it is accepted by the selected candidate.
Using our project management experience we ensure that each headhunting search assignment is finite (has a definite start and end), runs to a schedule and commits to delivery of a shortlist of appropriately qualified candidates by a specified date.
Candidate Representation: This service occurs when talented professionals request that we explore the job market on their behalf. We have an extensive high level and specialised network of employers who value the opportunity to engage with competitive talent, and to whom we make professional and discreet introductions.
For both Services, once the candidate and customer interview / introduction are set-up we conduct integrity checks.
Astute Resourcing conducts comprehensive competency and psychometric assessments on request. All psychometric and competency testing is done by registered industrial psychologists using instruments that are legally defensible, culturally fair and fully compliant with the Employment Equity Act
We gain a minimum of two work references, without prejudicing the candidate’s position with their current employer.
